RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns will not be accepted unless prior arrangements are made with Tranquil Tea starting clearly the reason for the goods being returned.
Claims for short deliveries and damaged/ faulty goods will be not recognised unless notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
If goods have been accepted by your carrier, any claim for shortages or damaged goods should be directed to the carrier.
Any arrangement to return goods; should be made within 14 days of receipt. We will not be bound to consider claims beyond 14 days of receipt of goods.
Replacement of goods ordered incorrectly. We do not send out replacement products in advanced of receiving the returned goods.
Once returned goods arrive, they will be examined by us and if find goods are access are indicative only and we are not liable for shipment which do not arrive at the expected time. To avoid delays in transit, we suggest you provide an attended address such as a work address where someone you trust will be available to receive the order during normal business hours.
